A day without sunshine is like,

you know,

night.

Our moon is so far to the south now. Nice shot among the clouds. I have never tried that time of photography.

Good morning and thank you all for your comments. I appreciate your time and thoughts.

L.D. ~ I've still got to learn my camera. I had to got to scene on the button, then try to find night scene, finally stumbled on that. I think next time I'll try night snapshot to see what that does. I think I could also set the camera manually, I just haven't tried that yet. I love night shots with moon, clouds, trees.

LeSan ~ When I went outside and looked up into the sky, I had to go back in for the camera. Then I had to read my little booklet to see how to take night shots. I just loved the palm frond with the clouds and moon. Not as good a shot as I would have liked to get, and I took 3-4 of them, practice will give me better shots.

Jenny ~ I agree it is cool. Now I'll have to take more to see what I can capture.

Have a great big beautiful day everyone.

Oh, the moon shot looks magical! There's so much of mystery in a combination of cloud and moon.

Rainey, that is so beautiful! Have you seen some of the latest photos from outer space? They're wonderful aren't they? The quote gave me a chuckle too! Remember the 2nd is the Harvest Moon!

Yes it is and I am always happy to see the sun.

I noticed your garden art in your header photo. So cute! I have about 6 broken shovel heads I'm about to do something with. Did you weld it all together? It is most nice.
