Thank you all who responded to my post earlier today

Good evening Friends ~ I’m about ready to go get horizontal, it’s been a long, draining day.

I thank you for your kind comments and prayers said in my behalf, as they mean so much to me.

Chris from AZ ~ I tried twice to answer your very encouraging email but it came back to me both times, so I don’t know what the deal is.  The message said it was unable to deliver it to that address. I just wrote a short note and was planning to write a longer message tomorrow.  I do thank you from my heart for your email and hopefully we can get connected somehow, as I would love to chit chat with you.

I talked with my brother-in-law, and I’ve turned the water off for the night.  We may have to rip up some flooring to get to this leak which is under the refrigerator area. I’ll keep you posted on the continuing saga. This is in a different area than where he had done the other work.

These are really minor issues I am having in the whole scheme of things.  So many have problems much worse than fleas, a broken clothesline, a flat tire and a water leak.

I am thankful for many things and one of them is this little cottage and my bed that I’m going to go lay down on, pull the covers up over me, and hopefully will have a restful sleep.  Tomorrow is a new day.

Love and hugs to all of you ~ FlowerLady

I do hope that tomorrow is a better day. When I have a really bad day, I tell myself that tomorrow just has to be better and it usually is. So glad the little rose is doing well. We knew that it would under your tender loving care. You will be in my prayers tonight, Lorraine. You inspire me with your strength. Thank you.

Well you are probably sound asleep by now, as it is 9 pm here so midnight at your house. Have a restful sleep with good dreams.

Dear Lorraine, I just read your prior post and, bless your heart. I can only imagine the helpless feeling you must experience at times. I will keep you in my prayers.

I was reminded of when my twin sister was first divorced (unwanted on her part) and how difficult it all seemed and how endless it all felt. She wondered if she would ever wake up again and really want to get out of bed, so much lay on her shoulders that she wasn't accustomed to handling.

But the Lord carried her through those early days and years and she is one of the strongest women I know, as a result of all she's been through.

Keep the faith and know that people in blogland are praying for you.

Rainey, I just stopped in before heading to bed and was so sorry to read of your disappointing day. Though I haven't been in touch lately, I think of you daily and you are always in my prayers.

How overwhelming with everything happening at once, I'm glad you have the help of dear family and friends. Our well pump has been running for no 'good' reason for a few weeks now too, so it's anyone's guess where the leak is. We just hope to hang on until the frost is out of the ground, but if it gets worse, that won't be possible. I hope and pray your water leak can be found quickly. Hugs and love to you, dear friend.

Hope your day improves with the light of day. I was so saddened to hear of your problems. It's good that you have the help of people around you.I'm sure that things can seem overwhelming at times, but please know that the Lord is going to take care of you and we are all holding you in our hearts and prayers.

I know things are so much easier to bear if we have someone to share them with. We are not Mark, but don't forget that we are here. Just know that we are out here in blogger land lifting you up in prayer that God will help you carry these burdens.

Catching up this morning ... seeing the events of your "meltdown of a day" ... thanking the Heavenly Father that His mercies are new every morning and asking Him to bless THIS day for you, send you help, give you wisdom, and take care of you. The fact that there are problems "much worse than" yours doesn't mean that the challenges you face are small. The tears you shed were very understandable.
