Advent: The Journey To Christmas

Good Sunday morning, 1 Dec. 2019 ~ Hello Friends ~ I hope those who celebrate Thanksgiving had a wonderful time with family and friends.  I will write a post later about mine, along with flowers that are blooming here at Plum Cottage right now.

Right now, I want to share this lovely Bible Plan for Advent as this is the first day of this beautiful and glorious season.

Advent: The Journey To Christmas

 25 Days

Christmas is truly the greatest story ever told: one of God’s perfect faithfulness, power, salvation, and unfailing love. Let’s take a journey over the next 25 days to discover God’s intricate plan to save the world from sin and the promises fulfilled in the birth of His Son.

Have a lovely Christmas season ~ FlowerLady

Merry Christmas!! People don't seem to say it anymore. Too busy to think about it after buying all those presents.

There is nothing more beautiful than the Christmas story, is there? I can remember being fascinated as a child by the story and the old songs that told the story. The first time I heard it was at school and they used a felt board to tell the story. Sometimes those old ways were the best, weren't they? xo Diana

Hi Lorraine. I can't say I enjoy seeing all the ads to buy buy buy, but I do enjoy the family getting together. Have a lovely December.
