Hello everyone ~ I am asking prayer for a sweet friend of mine who I’ve known for quite a few years now, met online in a small house forum. Her husband has been getting weaker, couldn’t eat, finally went to the drs. and found out he has pancreatic cancer. He gets a chemo port put in today and goes in tomorrow for the first round of chemo. It is a 40 mile drive, each way. They live in Idaho and more snow is predicted.
Pray for her to be given strength to handle the emotional side and the caregiving side, as it is very rough, I know. Pray for her husband as he starts this therapy. Hopefully he will be a survivor.
Thank you ~ FlowerLady

Good Morning Lorraine, I will definitely put your friend and her hubby on my Prayer list. I'm glad you are there for her though.
How are you? Thought about you last week. I know that Valentine's Day was rough --but it sounds as if your friends took good care of you. Thanks be to God.
As you read, we had a fabulous week in Arkansas.
Cold down there???? It's been cold here also --but should warm up a little today.
Hugs,
Betsy
Sending positive thoughts for your dear friend and for her hubby! Your recent experience is already being put to use Lorraine... from our many discussions, we don't know why we go through what we go through but there is a purpose! Hugs.
I will remember your friend. It is much harder for folks who live away from doctors and have to travel any distance. I met a woman at the doctor's office who said they bought a house near her husband's doctor when he became ill.
I hope he will be a survivor too!
My prayers are added to the many others. I can feel for this dear couple. My husband died of pancreatic cancer. It was 7 ½ weeks from diagnosis to his Home going.
I will say prayers for both of them and as always for you Lorraine.
Your a dear friend to all you meet. You make the world a better place.
Be well and happy ~:)
I will be remembering

Oh this is so sad. I'll pray for his miraculous recovery. Boy, we just can't take our health for granted, can we? Bless your friend. I'll pray that God gives her extra strength at this difficult time. And extra road crews to keep the highways clear!
I hope you're doing well, Lorraine dear.
So sorry to hear about your friend. Will definitely keep them in my prayers.
