"What greater delight is there
than to behold the earth
apparelled with plants
as with a robe of embroidered works,
set with Orient pearls
and garnished with the great diversitie of rare and costly jewels.
But these delights are in the outward senses.
The principle delight is in the mind,
singularly enriched with the knowledge of these visible things,
setting forth to us the invisible wisdom
and admirable workmanship of almighty God."

Lovely blooms! Have a great day! Carla
The blooms are beautiful! Is that a tradescantia in the new header? I have never looked at it that closely. Your pictures me me remember to do that.
Have a good work week.
They are all so wonderful. I like the ancient shell.
Beautiful beautiful blooms particularly love the honeysuckle
That Louie Phillipe is so pretty. Great pics of the honeysuckle. I should place my big shells in the garden but I'm afraid that they will get broken. Maybe I'll do it anyway. Hope you're doing good.
the shell is stunning, with all it's detail! I love the last two lines of the poem. "Invisible wisdom" is perfect, isn't it??
Oh, how nice to see flowers blooming instead of snow flying! I'm not ready yet, but I know it's inevitable.
You're so right, time to think winter and get some stained glass work going again. Just have to shift gears for a few months. (But it's hard to do!)
Your pghotography talents are amazing. Love all the beautiful pics.
Poinsettias curbside; what a treat. Keep the color coming. You things are pretty brown here now. Still have a little leaf color.
