The weather here has been gorgeous. We are enjoying it and are thankful the heat and humidity have not yet settled down on us. We are working on a couple of outdoor projects, and one of them was moving the clothesline west.

We found the picket fencing months ago, dumped in front of a house. They had cut it into small sections, and this worked great for making the curved line of fencing. We both love the new look. I've still more work to do in this area, and we have a 'folly' project happening to the west of the clothesline, which I will post about later.
It is fun recycling, reusing, and repurposing.
I'll be working at my job for the next three days so I worked like a dog today as we did the fencing and resetting up the space.

Wow, moving a clotheline isn't a simple job around your house is it? The area looks great and the new fencing is such a great use for found treasure. Your creativity just shines.
Oh, I love the new look for the area, too! You and I are just alike, all the split rail fences we have around here are from the land fill, and my little picket fence gate my Mom painted was also a throw-away. Your garden is so lovely, and the roses with the dew on them? Gorgeous!!
