A.C. cooling Plum Cottage once again

Hello Folks ~ I'm happy to report that the a.c. is unclogged and cooling this little place once again. The unit had to be taken out and flushed with the hose to get rid of all the orange gunk that had built up and clogged the water passageways.

A.C. is wonderful, and I am ready for bed. I worked outside this morning for 2 1/2 hours, mowing, weed wacking and trimming, raking and bagging. After a shower and lunch I went to visit my elderly widow friend for a couple of hours.

Rain is predicted for tomorrow.

May you all have a wonderful weekend ~ Count your blessings ~ FlowerLady

So happy to hear you're a cool lady once again :) I imagine that after doing all that yard work, going in to the AC felt a bit like heaven.

Yay! So glad to read that things are cool once again. You need that, especially when you’ve been working outside for a few hours. Your garden looks so lush, full, and vibrant. (Mine is looking quite the opposite up here in the tundra.) Always nice to visit with a dear friend. Your neighbor must so appreciate your visits.

I'm so glad your a/c is working again. Is that build-up something that happens regularly?

You must feel like a new woman having your air conditioner working again.

Have a good weekend.

Yay!! AC is essential if you want to get much work done! And you always have lots of that, to keep up with your beautiful "jungle"!

God bless you, Lorraine.

YAY for A/C!!!!
Our well pump died in NC and no water for a week. Finally got it fixed AND got our front porch in VA screened in so now I can enjoy early mornings without getting eaten alive by the mosquitoes!
Have a great week, Rainey! {{hugs}}

It is NEVER a good thing when the AC goes out, I've been there before and it was horrible. Glad it's back up and running and cooling things down for you.

Hope you have a blessed day :)

It is always best to get the work done in the cooler morning hours for sure.
I'm sure your friend really appreciated your visit!

Blessings :)

Good to here the AC is working again, I know those days without it can sure bring a person low, every year my AC seems to pick a holiday weekend to suddenly develop trouble even after pre-season service.

I know I'm late here . . . but I am happy to learn that your AC is in good repair! I can't imagine the heat and humidity of a Florida summer (or late spring) without it!

That's great news! I'm so glad you didn't have to buy a new unit. Sounds like sweaty work outside, but I know you love your garden :) Please send us some of your rain???
