November whites

Good morning Friends. Hope you are all in good health and having a wonderful first week of November.

I am getting over a cold/flu bug that I've had for almost three weeks. It feels good to be feeling better.

Here are some pictures of lovely white, cream or hint of pink beauties in our gardens.

The first is South African Foxglove.

Prosperity Roses.

Copperleaf shrub.

Confederate Rose ~ my first grown from seed this year. The first bloom didn't open because the ends were glued shut by some kind of 'bugs', and it turned pink and then fell off. I'm wondering if this bloom will also turn pink.

Bougainvillea.

Begonia.

a lizard's rustling,

a breath, a flash, a moment -
a little makes the way

of the best happiness.

I love white flowers! Such purity as in your beautiful rose.

It seems as though most of my white flowers are in the fragrance garden -- jasmine, magnolia, gardenia, ginger.

I scooped up some white begonias to bring inside, and took a few little cuttings, too. They are just so pretty.

I love the shades of white in your garden. Despite all the bright colors that Hibiscus come in, I actually like the white ones the most.

That begonia is so pretty! I'm used to seeing them in bright colors. The white is so dainty!

Did you grow the foxglove from seed? I have to have that plant! I love white plants, too, and my favorite new acquisition this year is a double white hibiscus.

I loved each and every one of those whites. They made a beautiful post, so clean and pure. Such beautiful flowers and the photos you took of them really did them justice.
