To all of our Veteran's.
For leaving the comfort of your homes and families
to serve and protect our country.
War is not nice, it is ugly.
It touches our military men and women and their families profoundly,
in ways the rest of us can only imagine.
May God's blessings and peace be on them all,
as they do their duty.

I want to thank my DH also for doing his tour of duty in the U.S. Navy 1969-1973.

Please thank your husband for me, also! God bless him!

Thanks to DH and all that have served for our country so that we may lead the lives that we do.
I also want to thank him from the bottom of my heart. Without him and others like him we would not enjoy the wonderful freedom we have today. Thank you!!
Rainey, just checking to see if you are okay, been a few days since you posted here.
I'm in the Thank you line. Thank you to your husband. I wonder if he ever came across Jim during his Navy time. Jim served from 1971 to 1992, so it could have happened!
Thank you for visiting my blog, I hope to see you there again. I am surely enjoying this music very much (Secret Garden). I am always looking for new music for my massage room. I may be getting this CD very soon.
Yes, massage is a wonderful thing, very healing. I have had a lot of successes during my 20 year professional career. If you are ever in the area, you should come and see me. I'm sure you could afford my massages. I charge $30 for an hour, and that includes any aromathe
rapy I deem necessary plus the use of hot rocks. When I was in massage school lo these many years ago, the going rate in the SF Bay area was $60/hour for simple stuff, the more specific therapies like Rolfing were costing $75/hour. I thought that was ridiculous. I swore then that when I was practicing I was NEVER going to charge so much that the ordinary person could not afford to get the treatment they needed. After all, the typist and computer operator are the ones who really NEED massage to keep from getting repetitive use injuries. But they are not earning executive pay. Nowadays people down in Springfield are charging $60/hour and having trouble making their rent. I'm not overly booked right now, the economy is really an issue in the Heartland. But I have a decent sized, very loyal, clientele.
Good morning folks,
Jane ~ Thank you. Our troops through all the years deserve our thanks and appreciation.
Dirt Princess ~ Thanks.
LeSan ~ Thank you.
