Is that a peacock iris? I have one that has never bloomed. I moved it in the fall and am hopeful of blooms this year, as it is sitting atop the ground now. Nell

Nell ~ No, it's not a peacock iris. I had that, but didn't have any luck with it at all. I posted some info and a link to this Fortnight Lily, Dietes iridioides. I just read that it likes some shade and mine are in full sun, so I may move them, to where, I don't know off hand.
SweetBay ~ It is Dietes iridioides. I had to ask in the FL Gardening forum, because I didn't know. I've just called it an iris.
I would love to be able to grow more iris, but the bearded ones and others do not like our heat and humidity.
