The first time w...Darla ~ I love my bread machine. The first time we had bread made this way was when we went up north to visit DH's aunt and uncle. She made their bread every week. When we came home we looked around and bought one. If I ever have to get another one, I want one that makes them like a bread loaf instead of the high loaf mine makes. Make sure you get one where the little paddle that mixes the bread, comes out. I just cut my loaf in half then put it in the little bread slicing marker doohickey and slice with my bread knife. Maybe you could put a bread machine on your Christmas list. :-)<br /><br />I wish I knew how to can.
