I am so sorry to hear you fell and hurt yourself. I hope you are elevating and icing your wrist and knee. And I also hope that if your injuries feel or look worse, to call your doctor. In the meantime, you will be in my prayers. Please let us know how you are doing. {{hugs}}
Praying for you. Rest and ice might help. Let us know how you are. I fell while out for my walk last March and broke my hand and banged up my chin and lip and needed stitches. Do take care. Sending virtual hugs along with prayer.
Oh, no! Of course I'll be praying. Stopping right now for it and for you to heal without complications. These injuries take time to heal, try to put off anything that is not absolutely necessary. Lorraine, there is never a good time to have to be off your feet but I can't help but think that sometimes God gives us the gift of time, time for things you can only do when you must rest. Please accept any help offered from friends. Do let us know how you're doing!
Oh, dear! May the Lord give you peace about the forced R&R! I hope you have a good book to read. Don't try to hurry the rehab -- I hope it goes well and that you can take care of yourself at home, and not have to suffer the stress of going to the doctor, etc. XO
