Good morning Tom ~ check out old garden roses, as they are more hardy than the modern roses. Go to the Antique Roses forum on GW and ask them about roses for your area.

Old Garden roses are addicting. You won't be able to grow just one. They would make lovely additions to your gardens.
Catherine ~ I did have a great day Sunday. I fed plants miracle gro, did some major trimming, moved some stuff around, wore myself out. I'm trying to get a lot done before summer heat and humidity get here.
Love the ladybug. I need more roses. You have the touch it takes to grow them. For now, I'm content with the basic knockouts.
