Anticipation & Thanksgiving

Those are my two words for 2013.

I am looking forward to seeing and living how God will work all things out in this coming year.

It is a beautiful morning here. The sun is shining, the temperature just wonderful, the birds have been singing and it is a new day.

Below are photos from this morning.

This is the unknown rose I got last week.

The sweet little caravan that I plan on finishing up on the inside and painting the window trim too.

Lovely sky with clouds reminds me of Maxfield Parrish paintings.

This is the verse for me, for each day that I am blessed with.

May you all have a great 2013.

Good words for a new good year, dear Lorraine. I love that the Lord gives us such a wonderful outlet as creativity to nourish and strengthen us. Your many projects inspire me. I see you growing stronger and stronger as you continue to draw close to the Father. May 2013 be a year of walking in greater depths of His love and guidance.

Hi Lorraine,

I have dipped in and out of your blogs over the last few months, and followed your life which must have been so difficult recently. I hope you don't mind, but I have decided to follow you on this one, and like all of your blogs, it is beautifully presented, by someone with a beautiful mind. Take care.

Happy New Year to you Flowerlady! I have been reading your postings since your dear DH went to be with his maker and I must say, I am most impressed with you! I feel I do not have to worry about you my friend, even though you shall be in my prayers. Your words tell me you are on a great path during this journey in your life. With each reading, I am inspired by you as you are one awesome lady with your faith and daily life… May God continue to bless you in the New Year…
