Changing my blog template

Good morning everyone, Sherry caught a testing post, which then disappeared, because I was just testing and deleted post right after. So, Sherry, you are not going crazy or seeing things, it was there.

I want to change my blog template so that I can post larger pictures. I emailed Sweetbay for her help as I've noticed that she posts large picture in her posts. She gave me some help, and I did some Goggle searching too and now know what to do to have larger pictures. I do have to change my template because the format is too small to post larger pictures without running into the side bar. I also wanted to change my font and the size of it to make it easier to read, and figured out how to do that also, oh yea, changed the background color too. Sweetbay uses the Minama stretch template and that's what I will be using also, with changes as mentioned.

I've wanted to make a change for sometime, but at the same time didn't want to, do you know what I mean? I've been practicing on one of my other blogs.

So, the next time you visit, you will probably see the new look, nothing fancy, just easier on the eyes, and larger pictures.

That's it for now, I've got breakfast fixing.

Have a nice day wherever you are, whatever you do.

All changes,
even the most longed for,
have their melancholy;
for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves;
we must die to one life
before we can enter another.

I'm sure it'll look great! I am thinking of switching to one of the other 2 templates I told you about.

Changing the blog appearance is always fun. It is possible to keep a template and just widen the columns but its kind of scary when you get into the source and there's this whole page of gibberish.

Sometimes it just gets to be time for a change. Most of the newer templates will let you change the colors so you can find a wide one and use the colors you like best.

Go for it!

I had this template when I started blogging. I love the green colour scheme. But Blogger have some new designs that cater for wide screen computers. Before you try out the new templates remember to backup your old template. Good Luck!

That's what I need to do. My pics often run into the side bar.

It may take be all summer to figure it out!

It will be fun to see what you come up with :)

I will be interested in seeing how it goes. I tried minima stretch but it came with some things I didn't like (such as Sponsors tab). Are you going to transfer your existing blog or start a new one? I am thinking of switching too but am too scared...
